What you will be doing
The Programme Lead (based in Hong Kong) for WhiteCoat Global is responsible for launching and maintaining a new digital care service. This involves understanding business objectives, co-developing execution plans, engaging in project execution, managing stakeholders, mitigating operating risk, and reporting ongoing progress. The role requires experience in digital / tech project management, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development (Phase I):
Programme Setup and Testing: Comprehend and process programme objectives and solution features, execute guided setup tasks in line with SOPs, then implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our programme during its development phase.
Launch Preparation: Work closely with our Singapore-based programme team to co-develop programme execution requirements, covering publishing of programme content, features and mechanics testing, and communications planning.
Provider On-boarding: Provide training for clinicians and facilitate on-boarding onto our proprietary platforms in preparation for live service.
Programme Launch (Phase II):
Client On-boarding: Assist with pilot group on-boarding, address client queries and requests, in sync with our Singapore-based programme team, distribute programme information with key client stakeholders for early programme adoption.
Programme Maintenance (Phase III):
Active Monitoring: Continuous tracking of all programme metrics with a view to driving consistent improvement across programme adoption, user engagement and overall good business running.
Corporate Reporting: Timely generation and dissemination of intelligence reports that guide both internal and external decision-making processes.

Job requirements
What we are looking for
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as a Programme or Project Manager (digital, tech or product-related)
Proven track record of managing end-to-end digital or tech-enabled programme launches, from planning and testing to live operations and ongoing optimisation
Strong commercial acumen with experience working on client-facing initiatives, including onboarding, relationship management, and adoption-driving strategies.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a remote team
Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; candidates with a high proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be considered favourably.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and align stakeholders
