About WhiteCoat

WhiteCoat (www.whitecoat.global) is a regional digital healthcare provider founded and headquartered in Singapore which has established itself as a trusted partner and leading provider in the digital healthcare space across Southeast Asia. WhiteCoat offers on-demand telemedicine services and other services through innovation and data-driven technology.

WhiteCoat’s core services include primary care tele-consultations, chronic disease management, health screening services and home-based medical services. As a digital healthcare leader, WhiteCoat partners insurance providers, conglomerates, and other private, government, and financial organisations to spearhead the way for wider access to affordable healthcare across the region.

What you will be doing

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented People Operations Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations that help WhiteCoat run smoothly and scale sustainably. This is an opportunity to build high-performing policies, systems, and processes across the full spectrum of People Team activities—from hiring and operations to engagement and more.

You will work closely with the broader People Team to conceptualise and operationalise new initiatives and policies, while maintaining excellence in day-to-day execution.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

  • Maintain and administer our HRIS, employee records, and payroll inputs with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and changes to employment terms.

  • Coordinate and support operational processes such as probation confirmations, exit interviews, employee movements, and leave tracking.

  • Develop, track, and report metrics for the operational health of People Operations and processes.

  • Work closely with the wider People Team to conceptualise and operationalise the rollout of People initiatives such as engagement surveys, People policies, and employee communications.

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure day-to-day People Operations run smoothly.

We will consider applicants for a Senior Executive role if they are able to take ownership and drive larger initiatives. For example:

  • Independently running and troubleshooting hiring pipelines end-to-end (e.g., sourcing, coordination, troubleshooting bottlenecks).

  • Drive the operationalising of People policies into actual sustainable operations and processes

  • Identify and execute priority improvements to improve the efficiency and efficacy of People Operations systems and processes so as to ensure a high-performing People Operations outfit.

Our Benefits

  • Make a Real Impact: Opportunity to contribute to a leading digital health company's rapid growth.

  • Fast-paced Start-up Environment: Experience an environment where you get to own and make tangible impact without bureaucracy getting in the way of rapid decision-making.

  • Great Team: Collaborate with intelligent, friendly, and supportive professionals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Hands-on Learning & Growth: Gain hands-on experience in strategy, partnerships, operations, and product innovation within a growing industry.

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus. Holistic health insurance for your peace of mind for both in-patient and out-patient coverage.
