  • Project Execution – Lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions—from business case to launch—working across functional teams to ensure timely, successful implementation.

  • Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and timely delivery.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic responses; assess strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.

  • Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle; make data-driven decisions to maximise success rates.

  • Quality Assurance – Establish and enforce best practices for testing and QA to ensure reliability, security, and performance of digital applications.

  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement – Use data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance outcomes.
