What you will be doing

We are looking for a Clinic Operations Executive to join our dispensary team as a permanent night shift employee. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring workflows and processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of renewal.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

• Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols

• Schedule medication deliveries

• Manage and liaise with courier partners

• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions

• Facilitate delivery agent pickups

• Manage patient queue and doctor manpower allocation

• Provide doctor and patient support on operational and technical issues

What we are looking for

Required:

• Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Required to work on a 5-day work week spread across Mondays to Sundays, inclusive of Public Holidays. Working hours: 0000hrs to 0800hrs. 

Good to have:

• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
