What you will be doing
What you will be doing
We are looking for a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
Schedule medication deliveries
Manage and liaise with courier partners
Oversee the dispensary team
Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions
Facilitate delivery agent pickups
Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

Job requirements
What we are looking for
Required:
GCE 'N' or 'O' or ‘A’ levels, Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Required to work on rotational shift hours which includes 2 night shifts & 1 weekend shift per week and public holidays
Good to have:
Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
