What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a self-starter and natural hunter who thrives on building relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, and driving business growth. You will actively generate leads, network across the industry, and work closely with internal teams to turn opportunities into measurable results.
On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:
New Business Development
Proactively identify, source, and secure new client accounts and partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets
Ideate on potential leads, suggest new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Support account management efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships
Engage with clients through presentations, meetings, and events to drive adoption and utilisation of services.
Strategy & Insights
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customers need to inform business development strategy
Develop and Implement sales processes, structures and best practices

Job requirements
What we are looking for
Required:
Proven ability to independently generate leads, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to identify partnership opportunities and ideate on new business growth areas
This role involves frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients; therefore, proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required.
