What you will be doing
We are looking for an AI Quality & Implementation Analyst to help turn customer needs into reliable, usable product outcomes. This is a hands-on hybrid role spanning business analysis, manual QA, test automation, AI quality evaluation, and customer-facing implementation.
You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and delivery teams to understand real workflows, define requirements, test releases, automate regression coverage, and improve how AI-enabled features perform in practice.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for
Gather and clarify business requirements through customer conversations, workflow analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
Convert requirements into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and release-readiness checklists.
Perform thorough manual testing across core product workflows, integrations, APIs, edge cases, and production-like environments.
Design, build, and maintain automated regression tests using modern tooling such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and API-testing frameworks.
Investigate defects, document clear reproduction steps, assess impact and severity, and partner with engineering through resolution.
Test AI-enabled workflows for accuracy, relevance, consistency, safety, hallucinations, and business usefulness.
Create AI evaluation scenarios, representative test datasets, prompt test suites, and quality benchmarks.
Support customer implementations: configure workflows, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and translate feedback into product improvements.
Participate in release planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment monitoring.
Identify recurring quality, usability, and operational issues; propose practical fixes and automation opportunities.
Maintain high-quality documentation for requirements, test coverage, known issues, and customer-specific configurations.
What success looks like
Within the first 90 days, you will have established clear test coverage for priority workflows, improved regression confidence through automation, strengthened AI-quality testing, and become a trusted bridge between customers, product, engineering, and delivery.

Job requirements
What we are looking for
Required:
Experience in a hybrid QA, business analyst, implementation, solutions, or product operations role.
Strong manual testing skills, including exploratory testing, regression testing, UAT, integration testing, and defect triage.
Hands-on experience with test automation and API testing.
Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into precise, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
Practical familiarity with AI products and concepts, including prompting, LLM limitations, RAG/agent workflows, evaluation methods, hallucination testing, and AI safety.
Comfortable speaking directly with customers and translating between business users and technical teams.
A forward-deployed mentality: you take ownership of outcomes, work well in ambiguity, investigate deeply, and unblock delivery rather than waiting for perfect instructions.
